My order showed up packed neatly, and thankfully it wasn’t one of those ridiculous oversized boxes stuffed with random plastic. Everything was safe and in good shape when it arrived, which is all I want without having to dig through a mountain of packaging.

I do like that they seem to care about sustainability more than some other brands. I just wish they’d make the recycling info a little clearer, because I don’t really want to spend time guessing what goes where. Overall though, it was a good experience.

I actually liked this at first and thought it was going to work out, but after a few washes my skin started getting really itchy. It felt like the goalposts kept moving—first it seemed gentle enough, then suddenly I’m dealing with irritation. Not the worst product ever, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again

I ordered this a few weeks ago and my package still hasn’t shown up. The tracking hasn’t really updated much either, so it’s been a bit frustrating not knowing what’s going on. Support was polite enough, but they basically just told me to wait. I’m still hoping it turns out fine, but the shipping experience has been disappointing so far.

I wanted to like this, but the smell was a little weird to me and it faded fast. I also reached out about it and felt like nobody even read my message, which made the whole experience more frustrating.

Emailed twice about my order. Got vague replies. Felt ignored. Had to keep chasing them myself.

I was hoping frey.com would have more stuff to choose from, but the selection felt limited. A lot of the products looked about the same, and after looking around for a while, I still couldn’t find what I wanted. I ended up leaving without buying anything, which was disappointing.

I just wanted to pause or cancel my subscription, but the website made it weirdly confusing. I had to click around forever, and even after that, I still wasn’t totally sure if it actually went through. for something that should’ve been simple... it just wasn’t worth the hassle for me.

I tried frey for my laundry and at first I was optimistic because the scent is nice and it handles regular clothes just fine. But after a few loads, my confidence in it started to drop. Tougher stains didn’t always come out, and I had to rewash some of my workout shirts more than once, which made me question whether it’s really worth the price. It’s not terrible, but I expected better. I’ll finish what I bought, but I’m not sure I’d order it again...

I really wanted to like frey, but maybe it’s just me, I didn’t feel like the value was there. The product was okay and definitely not awful, but it just didn’t feel all that different from something I could probably find for less somewhere else.

For the price, I was expecting either better quality or a bit more product. I don’t think I’d order again unless the prices came down quite a bit.
